Rodney Local Board is planning to upgrade the junior playground in Point Wells Recreation Reserve.

As part of council’s playground renewal programme they would like community feedback about the style of design and the type of play space we would like to see. There are two ways to provide your views – you can either review the concept plan and complete the survey online come along to the park to share your views and find out more. If you have children, please bring them along so they can tell us what they would like to see in the park.

It is proposed to shift the junior playground from its current location and a suggested location is identified on the plan, along with some visuals of the types of equipment available. This is provided as a guide to start the discussion and by no means a fiat acompli. The feedback gathered will help inform the design process, so make sure you have your say.

We look forward to seeing those who can make it to the meeting.
